In order to make things a little easier for all during this difficult time, I am posting what information I have regarding Richard Johnson's memorial services both here and in Philadelphia. This will also provide a way for us all to communicate with one another and share thoughts, experiences and photographs as well.
UPDATE - 11/01/08
Denver Memorial Services
Those of us unable to attend services in Philadelphia may pay respects at a memorial service to be held here in Denver.
The services will be Thursday, 11/6/08 at 3pm

3701 Colorado Blvd.
Denver, CO 80205
Philadelphia Memorial Services
Richard Johnson will be laid to rest in his hometown of Philadelphia on Friday at 1pm at
Bryer's Funeral Home in Willow Grove, PA.
Bryer's Inc Funeral Home
406 N. Easton Road
Willow Grove, PA 19090
215-659-1630.
Please also note that I will be compiling a scrapbook of photos that all may enjoy. If everyone could contribute a digital photo or two for inclusion, we could create a very nice scrapbook of memories that everyone could enjoy in the future. Please send all photos to me ( highest resolution possible ) and I'll compile them into a scrapbook from Mike's Camera. They can then print and ship the scrapbook for a very reasonable price.
I will also post all photos sent to me here on the site so that they may be freely downloaded and shared. Again. please send the photo at it's original size and I will retouch them as needed so they may be printed at the highest quality possible.

Thanks to everyone that has called and sent emails and mentioned something in their prayers at night. I know Richard's untimely passing is mourned and is felt deeply by so many. I, and all of his friends, count myself lucky to have had the short time with him that I did and know that Im a far better person for it.
Please share your thoughts, love, sorrow and laughter and stories with us here and with every one that is dear to you.
My best to all of you, Richard's friends and most importantly, his family during this difficult time.Bart Mowreybart[at]immediasol.com ( replace the [a] with the @ symbol) |

| Words cannot say what Rich ment to me. We had a wonderful friendship a bond that made us laugh, and at times cry. Sometimes we dont realize what people mean to us till they are gone. I miss him so much, those crazy comments or just that simple Rich "Can you fix my computer". I will always think of you and cherish all the times we partied and spent together. I know he is in a better place. |

| I told Bart I would start it off so here is a Beautiful Poem for all of his family. I am very sorry for thier loss. He was a great man. On a personal note I will miss him and all his codes that are stored in his crazy head very much. I know you are laughing at me today watching me play IT. We will all miss you in Utah.
To the living, I am gone,
To the sorrowful, I will never return,
To the angry, I was cheated,
But to the happy, I am at peace,
And to the faithful, I have never left.
I cannot speak, but I can listen.
I cannot be seen, but I can be heard.
So as you stand upon a shore gazing at a beautiful sea-
As you look upon a flower and admire its simplicity-
Remember me.
Remember me in your heart:
Your thoughts, and your memories,
Of the times we loved,
The times we cried,
The times we fought,
The times we laughed.
For if you always think of me, I will never have gone.

| The most fun I had with Rich was watching him play at Dave and Buster's. Those eyebrows, the guffaws, that dashing grin, revealed a man who embraced life with youthful passion. There were no near-life experiences for Rich. |

| Bart......I don't think that the 5000 character limitation is enough for what I have to say about Richie.....but, I will do my best. First, let me express how "sad" I am that Richie is gone. During my tenure with JJC I had the opportunity to develop a relationship with Richie that went far beyond "work"......perhaps Bart understood that more than anyone! Richie was incredibily intellligent, talented, fun, youthful, crazy, thoughtful and an excellent "boxer"......only Bart will understand that one too. I honestly cannot recall one "negative" moment with Richie present....he made things fun, exciting and interesting. He also offered advice, direction and understanding about some of his own experiences in a personal way that I was grateful for.........As life is a journey and collection of events, both good and bad, painful and exhiliarting, interesting and diverse, long and short, V-Rods and Ultra Classics, Hummers and Vets, Brick Blue Tooth Phones and various business ideas/dreams, trips to Alaska fishing and Sturgis runs, computer gadgets and broken computers, and much more..........you stop and appreciate all of it upon the death of a friend or family member. It's difficult to put into words ones experiences with others because it never actually catches the true feeling, moment and depth of the moment and/or "event". I wish I could have attended Richies funeral and Colorado tribute this week, but I've been traveling with my staff and the timing has been bad.........so, I made travel plans today to fly to Colorado on Monday the 17th for a week to visit with everyone and to hang out.........and have a few drinks in the name of Richie Johnson! Hope to see you guys when there.....my number is 281/450/5890.....please call me if you want to get together and celebrate RICHIE! I'm posting some really good pictures of Richie this weekend too....take a look at them whenyou can.
I will miss you Richie and I will cheerish all the moments we shared.......God Bless You brother........forever you friend..... Chuck |

| Rich was a near and dear friend to me. I met him when I moved to Colorado in 2000 and he became my closest friend. I feel blessed to have had him as a friend and will always cherish that friendship. Rich and I had some great times together. I always looked forward to seeing him, he was always positive and happy and ready to have some good times.
Rich truly enjoyed life and he had a lot of good times. He would want all of us to focus on all the good times and realize he enjoyed life to the fullest. Rich was such a positive person and always looked on the bright side of things. I know what he is saying right now:
"Life sure was a fun time, don't worry be happy and enjoy life like I did!! Time for me to move onto new ventures and I will see you all later."
Anyway, something close to that, and he would flash us that big smile of his when he said it!! He trully would want all of us to continue enjoying life and to keep it fun!
I will never forget you Rich, friend forever!! Your friendship and memories you gave me will make my life better forever, and I will keep it fun, thanks to you!! SEE YOU LATER BRO!! Mark
